At Pressler
Inc., our goal is to be our client’s recruiting and executive search
partner. One way we demonstrate our commitment to our clients is by
offering a hybrid fee structure as an affordable alternative to traditional
contingency and retainer fee structures.
Our hybrid
fee structure combines a fixed monthly service fee with a small contingency
component to reward Pressler Inc. for delivering desired results to our
clients. Flexibility is the hallmark of our hybrid fee structure because
it allows us to create a fee arrangement that meets the particular needs of
your situation.
Not all
assignments lend themselves to an alternative fee structure, but if you have a
need that you think might be appropriate for an alternative fee arrangement, we
will be happy to consider it. In addition, if you know someone who is concerned
about their ability to fund the cost of a complex search assignment let them
